These are the kind of music you’ll hear in commemoration with one of the country’s grandest festivities–the 59th Independence. Every 31st of August we take time to acknowledge the valiant efforts of the people who fought for this hard-won freedom from the British colonisation. As they retained last year’s theme “Sehati Sejiwa” (One heart, One soul) this is mainly to serve as a lovely reminder again to our fellow Malaysians to be united as one, to enhance the spirit of patriotism and love for the country.
The fight for liberty by the Malaysians is something that we will always remember and be proud of. It’s one brave fight for those people who sacrificed for having the freedom that we enjoy today.
Every single one of us has our own things to fight for—freedom, rights, love or equality. Fighting for what you believe is right even the world tells you otherwise, is a very brave move. So, for those people who continue to fight for something that is just, or being brave enough to run a hundred miles to reach their dreams, you are one brave soul! Salute!
Because of that, we will give you songs that suits your bravery while you run. Whether you are running for a full marathon, or you’re just hitting the treadmill or perhaps it’s your everyday run in the park, these songs will get you pumped up while you increase your mileage and will get you through the heat.
So let’s run and be brave together!
