Addressing the ever-evolving needs of 21st-century life, Taipei International Sporting Goods Show commonly known as TaiSPO marks its 44th edition by showcasing the newest and most innovative technology in the sporting market. Held at Taiwan World Trade Center (TWTC) Hall 1 and 3 which runs from March 22-24, 2017, this year’s TaiSPO is much grandeur and bigger with a total of 23,589 local and international visitors.

The 4-day extravaganza is one of the biggest trade platform in Asia to link both the local and global market. TaiSPO displayed a full range of sporting goods, dedicated from fitness equipment to outdoor sports, water sports products, sports accessories, and sportswear. An event that serves as a one-stop shop for the fitness enthusiasts and professional sports buyers to have the first-hand privilege on the latest technology in store.
While the competition in sports market is getting intense, TaiSPO represents a consistent effort to turn Taiwan into Asia’s hub for sporting goods industry. Organized by Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) and co-organized by Taiwan Sporting Goods Manufacturers Association (TSMA) and Taiwan Sporting Goods Association (TSGA), this prestigious event is the longest-running sports-oriented exhibition in its 44th year.
This rare platform annually drives the sports industry to put forth their best as well as enhance the global competitiveness and innovation ability of every sports-focused companies.
Well-known domestic fitness equipment manufacturers including Johnson, Dyaco, Intenza, Marcy and Strength Master, showed their newest product during TaiSPO 2017. In over 1,800 booths the show attracted 3,729 international visitors from China (including Hong Kong), Japan, USA, Thailand, Korea, Australia, India, Singapore, Philippines and Malaysia, and 19,860 domestic visitors.
