Bruschetta is a starter dish from Italy consisting of grilled bread rubbed with garlic and topped with olive oil and salt. Variations may include toppings of tomato, vegetables, beans, meat, or cheese. Bruschetta is usually served as a snack or appetizer. You could also fusionize it to a Tropical Brushetta Platter with variety of topping such as Fruity flavor like Mango Honey, Strawberry & Banana with Chocolate Spread, Mashed Potatoes with Sautéed Mushrooms and Boiled Eggs, and savory flavor as Tuna and Egg Mayo. These yummy toppings mixed nicely in terms of taste and nutrients and you could prepare them at home with your own made toasted five grains seed sourdough.

FIVE GRAINS SEEDS SOURDOUGH (5 servings)
Mix all ingredients together until dough Mix all ingredients together until dough blend evenly. Shaping each dough 160 gram. Rest dough cover with hot damp clothes for one hour fermentation purpose. Bake with 220c for 18 minutes to 20 minutes.
TOMATO BALSAMIC
Mix all ingredients together.

MASHED POTATO (5 servings)
Mix all ingredients together, pan sear for about 5 – 8 minutes.
MANGO SALSA
Mix all ingredients together.
STRAWBERRY SLICE AND DRIZZLE WITH HONEY CHIA SEED
BANANA SLICE AND DRIZZLE WITH HONEY CHIA SEED
SAUTÉED SHIITAKE MUSHROOMS
Slice thinly sautéing with medium heat for 5 – 7 minutes with teriyaki sauce, salt & pepper.
