ASICS Malaysia is introducing its very own ASICS Running Club to runners in Kuala Lumpur. Packed with effective training sessions, they are definitely designed to improve a runner’s running form and to help them achieve their next personal best.
What can you expect?
- Hill repeats (either downhill repeats or uphill repeats)
- Interval – short interval (200m/300m) and long interval (800m/1km)
- Fartlek- based on time or distance
- Threshold – pure threshold or start with threshold and end with short interval to boost runners finishing strength
Location & Time
Lake Gardens – Every Tuesday (6:45PM to 8PM)
Bukit Jalil – On selected Saturday (6:00AM to 8:00AM)
