Event organizer, Earth Runners, collaborated with footwear manufacturer New Balance and The Marathon Shop to bring 5,000 eager participants to i-City in Shah Alam at 7pm, for the exciting LED Night Run 2015.
The aim of the LED Night Run was to get the community to switch to using LED lights rather than traditional film lights in a fun and interactive manner, while families to bond over attractive lights, good music and a joyous run, not forgetting that it’s Instagram-worthy.
People of all ages got to participate in a 2.9km fun run and a 5.5km open run, with up to RM6,000 of prizes up for grabs in the lucky draw, along with five pairs of New Balance shoes and 5 Garmin VivoFit watches.
Other event sponsors were Best Western i-City, A1 Tuition Centre, Elitez Mix Martial Art, Garmin, Revive, Stable Vision and Skymolite.
