Running takes a lot of patience, eventually patience pays off

In the 21km run, what impressed me was the bystanders cheering all the way for the participants, regardless of race and gender. Likewise, the participants themselves encouraged each other.

If I were to choose, I would love to take part in Himalayan 100 Mile Stage Race as I could challenge my ability. Most of all, attaining one of the highest peaks in the world definitely sounds cool! *giggles* Recently, I have started to play a role in trail running.

Not so much of an outgoing person, I write short film scripts, read books, listen to music as my pastimes. Occasionally, I sing and dance too! “It is great that I have picked up running as its good for detoxing! Looking healthy is what beautifies me.”

Mizuno sport apparels have always been my favourite brand. They are meticulously designed, structured and provide me with a pleasant wear while I run.

To the readers of Running Malaysia Magazine, I believe everyone can run as I do. It is never too late to become what you always wanted to be in the first place. Most importantly, never push yourself too hard as running takes a lot of patience, eventually, patience pays off.“Get trained properly, take appropriate diet, rest well, and run!”
