Running takes a lot of patience, eventually patience pays off
– In the 21km run, what impressed me was the bystanders cheering all the way for the participants, regardless of race and gender. Likewise, the participants themselves encouraged each other.
– If I were to choose, I would love to take part in Himalayan 100 Mile Stage Race as I could challenge my ability. Most of all, attaining one of the highest peaks in the world definitely sounds cool! *giggles* Recently, I have started to play a role in trail running.
– Not so much of an outgoing person, I write short film scripts, read books, listen to music as my pastimes. Occasionally, I sing and dance too! “It is great that I have picked up running as its good for detoxing! Looking healthy is what beautifies me.”
– Mizuno sport apparels have always been my favourite brand. They are meticulously designed, structured and provide me with a pleasant wear while I run.
– To the readers of Running Malaysia Magazine, I believe everyone can run as I do. It is never too late to become what you always wanted to be in the first place. Most importantly, never push yourself too hard as running takes a lot of patience, eventually, patience pays off.“Get trained properly, take appropriate diet, rest well, and run!”
