TIP OF THE MONTH
Whenever you have any running related pain or injuries, it’s best to lay off the strenuous exercises. Get some rest and get it fixed. However, if you are one of those runners who must exercise, it’s best to switch to cross training workouts temporarily like swimming. Another option would be to go for workouts that avoids the injured areas.
Single-leg jumping up the stairs
Once you’ve mastered using both legs, try single leg hop up all the way.times.
Jumping Bench Step Overs
One leg on the bench. Just think of jumping over the bench side ways back and forth! Jump faster once you get a hang of the momentum, it can be fun.
