15th November 2015, KUALA LUMPUR
At 6am, runners of all ages spent their Sunday morning gathered at Stadium Pusat Sukan University Malaya for the Larian Gegar 2015 that was organized by Kolej Kediaman Tuanku Kurshiah, University of Malaya.
There were three race categories: 5km, 10km and 21km. Each runner received a round neck t-shirt and a bib number with timing chip in the race kit. Goodie bags were handed out at the end of the race.
It was a good bonding time for families on a productive Sunday. All runners went home with medals except for the 5km fun runners, who received certificates instead. Top three winners of each category went home with a trophy and a hamper, while the rest of the runners in the top ten got hampers. Finishers of the half marathon went home with finisher t-shirts as well.
This event was organized in partnership with TIXTAC and UM.
