This 7th July marks the first ever Run that celebrates the 21st world cup tournament that is sweeping the whole wide world attention here in Malaysia. Standing bright, in the city of “Anggerik” Shah Alam, this event will be the center for the world cup 2018 enthusiast With such amazing arrays of fun-filled activities and entertainment, there’s no way you want to skip this mini world cup gathering. And here are some reasons why…
1. Participate in the FIRST World Cup 2018 Themed Run
This is the first time ever, where runners get to participate in a World Cup 2018 themed run and get awesome merchandises themed for the World Cup. Did we mention there are 7 jersey-countries you can choose from if you participate in the run?
2. Watch the Quarter Final with a Stadium Atmosphere
Watch the World Cup quarter-final on a big screen and enjoy the stadium like-atmosphere instead of your couch or our local mamak. Cheer to your team and scream GOAL! with the viewers at the open ground of Dataran Shah Alam picnic style.
3. Fun Event Highlights
Aside from the run and live screening of the Football match, there will also be a lot of events running around. Food truck, mini carnival, mini concerts, and local buskers, just to name a few. Did I mention there is a PS4 FIFA18 challenge as well?
4. Hot air balloons?
Get lifted into the sky under the mesmerizing moonlight with hot air balloons!. For only RM10 you can experience floating high in the sky feeling the windy breeze at night. However, please be informed that It will only be open from 9pm-12am to the public.
5. Local Celebrity Appearance
Get to meet local celebrities that appear during the event. Celebrities like Siti Saleha, Maya Karin, and Datin Seri Paduka Umie Aida, just to name a few, who will be joining in the event. Get a chance to take some awesome selfies and maybe even get your jersey autographed by them too?
