In conjunction with International Deaf week, the Colorful Run set its maiden fun run through the streets of Penang. Organized by Penang Deaf Association, it was a heartwarming sight to witness a total of seven hundred runners turned up for this fundraiser to support the fundamental education and development of the deaf society.
The Colorful Run also witnessed over 200 hearing impaired people taking part in the 5.6km fun run. A total of over RM10,000 worth of prizes were won in the lucky draw. The run will be held again next year on 24th September, 2017.
