MM Rantau Eco Park – Green Run 2015 was an event organized by Marathon Malaysia to draw in the crowd to visit Rantau Eco Park in Negeri Sembilan, as part of making it a tourism hotspot in Malaysia.
Participants showed up at 7am, in support of Eco Park, for a day of productive running, enjoying the scenic routes, and a time of bonding with family, over the school holidays. The event was divided into 7km & 12km runs that were open for runners with ages 16 and above and a 1km dash for the kids.
Winners of the run received prizes in cash, while each participant got to bring back a DriFit t-shirt, finisher’s medal, a Compressport sling bag, and a certificate upon completing the run. A lucky draw was held at the end of the race.
