Fireworks burst above, searing their brilliant light and vivacious colour onto the pitch-black sky while indulging in a scrumptious meal and tasty wine with your loved ones. Again, another year has passed. A proof that time flies really fast. Whether you tick off all your New Year’s resolution for the past year or it’s just another list that has been forgotten, that’s why you’re thinking of creating a new one for the next 365 days.

Well it’s alright, just leave everything behind and we will give you tips how to run your way to 2017.

Before every year ends, it’s kind of a ritual to write a list of resolutions that will become your goals to achieve for the coming year. The common ones are Eat Healthy, Run Regularly, Do Exercise, Spend Less and Quit Smoking. However, due to some reasons like you became too busy with work or school and personal stuff which resulted to not hitting the gym to do your supposed exercise and not going to the park for your daily runs. And because of whatever you are up to for the whole year, you have too much cravings for unhealthy food that you need to satiate it–every day became a cheat day for you. Everything was stressing you out so you need a drink to release those stress and spend less suddenly became spend more.

Now you will just wait for another year and keep promising yourself to do those New Year goals of yours again but still end up failing. If that scenario happened once or twice, it is fine but if you’re doing that almost every year but still no progress–you’re still too lazy to do morning or even afternoon run–then you need to consider changing your game plans. The thing is sometimes you wrote like 10-15 resolutions that are unrealistic and too many for a starter. Instead of writing 10, how about just write five which you know are attainable within the year, and if perhaps you’ve completed them in just half a year then much better so you can add five more before the year ends. Also, they can serve as your motivation, because if you happen to complete all five then you know you are capable of anything already and can proceed for more difficult goals for the next year until you get all the changes that you want in your life. No need to push yourself too hard, just have that determination and drive to always try.

These upbeat songs will give you the amount of inspiration and energy to run and welcome the year of the Rooster with positivity and a warm smile.
