It contains a good source of Dietary Fiber, Carbs, Low Saturated Fat, and a good source of Manganese plus various Minerals which is good for a vegetarian runner to fuel up his/her run! If you haven’t tried it, TRY IT! You’re on your way to a cleaner run, without worrying about your calorie count!

INGREDIENTS:


NINEGRAINS PUMPKIN SOURDOUGH

  1. Ninegrains Pumpkin Sourdough (5 servings)

Mix all ingredients together until dough mixed evenly. Add in Mashed Pumpkin; shaping each dough 150 gram. Rest the dough by covering it with a hot damp cloth for an hour of fermentation. Bake with 220c for 15-18 minutes.

2. Deep fry hashbrown in 350 degree temperature.

3. Sautéed Shimeji Mushrooms
Clean mushrooms, sautéing with medium Clean mushrooms, sautéing with medium  heat for 5 – 7 minutes with teriyaki sauce, salt & pepper.

Mix all ingredients together.
