Mango Passion Fruit Coconut Chia Seed Pudding


You can roll it into energy bars or whipped the seeds into pudding. You can mix it with tea or paired it with yogurt. Chia seeds or Salvia Hispanica grows from being a novelty to super food. Who would have thought that those tiny and versatile seeds packs a punch and is considered a nutritional powerhouse? Despite their small size, Chia seeds are an excellent source of protein, dietary fibers, calcium, minerals, vitamins and omega-3 fatty acids, which helps to raise HDL cholesterol. HDL is the “good” cholesterol that prevents heart attack and stroke.

Chia seeds are also rich in antioxidants and provide a boatload of nutrients absolutely essential for runners. This kind of nutrients that can improve endurance, fight fat, reduce inflammation, and accelerate recovery.



  1. In a bowl mix 100g Organic Chia Seed together with other ingredients.
  2. The Organic Chia Seed will eventually expand and become softer after soaking in coconut juice.
  3. Keep refrigerated for about 3 hours for setting.
  4. Serve chilled.
