Grilled Tilapia With Tomato Salsa

Don’t limit yourself to land animals for protein, there’s plenty of fish in the sea after all. Rich in protein and low in fat, fish provides a range of health benefits. Loaded with omega-3 fatty acids, consuming fish maintains heart health by lowering blood pressure. Your heart will thank you for it! Fish is also a good dietary source of Vitamin D. An adequate vitamin D intake is important for maintenance of healthy bones and teeth. By grilling, the direct high heat cooks the fish quickly and locks in the flavor without losing its moisture. The result would be a beautifully seared grilled fish ready for the table. So, start grilling up your catch of the day!

  1. Marinate (2 servings)

Mix all ingredients and apply on to the fish. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

2. Pan Grill Method

Grill fish over high heat for about 2 minutes on each side. Lower heat to medium. Continue grilling for about 4-6 minutes. Drizzle lime juice when the fish is cooked.

Mix and keep in refrigerator. Serve chilled with fish.
