Don’t limit yourself to land animals for protein, there’s plenty of fish in the sea after all. Rich in protein and low in fat, fish provides a range of health benefits. - Marinate (2 servings)
Mix all ingredients and apply on to the fish. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
2. Pan Grill Method
Grill fish over high heat for about 2 minutes on each side. Lower heat to medium. Continue grilling for about 4-6 minutes. Drizzle lime juice when the fish is cooked.
Mix and keep in refrigerator. Serve chilled with fish.
